How long to wait
Lviv — next day by our own courier, or same-day store pickup.
Regional centers — 1–2 business days via Nova Poshta.
Other towns and cities — 2–3 business days via Nova Poshta, 3–7 days via Ukrposhta.
The countdown starts from the moment the parcel is handed to the carrier, not from the moment of the order. Orders placed on weekends are processed on Monday.
The tracking number appears in
account and arrives by SMS right after it's shipped.
Payment
We don't receive or store card details.
The card number, expiry date, and CVV are entered on the acquiring bank's secure page. Only the payment result and the card mask — the last four digits — come back to us.
By card online — Visa and Mastercard. We assemble the order after payment confirmation.
Cash on delivery — payment on pickup at the branch. The carrier charges a fee
20 ₴ + 2.0% of the amount.
In store — cash or card at store pickup.
