Store pickup

Place your order on the site and choose store pickup — we'll get it ready and let you know when you can pick it up. There's no charge for pickup, and you can pay on the spot by card or cash.

You can see whether a specific product is available at each store right on its product page — in the "Availability in stores" section.

We hold a packed order for up to two days. If the product you need isn't at the store you picked, we'll bring it from another one — call us and we'll tell you when it'll be ready.

Can't make it in? We ship with Nova Poshta across Ukraine, and around Lviv we deliver with our own courier — terms and rates are on the page for delivery.
